Parksville Downtown Business Association

The Parksville Downtown Business Association (PDBA), is a not for profit organization that administers Parksville's downtown business improvement area (BIA), bordered by McMillan Street, McVickers Street, Jensen Avenue and the waterfront. BIA funding enables property owners and businesses to pool resources to enhance and promote Parksville Downtown. There are 600 property owners and 230 businesses within the BIA. All are members of the PDBA.
