Oceanside Village Resort
Oceanside Village Resort features luxurious cottages of varying styles and sizes just a mere 5 minutes from Rathtrevor Provincial Park and steps to endless sandy beaches.
Nestled among the trees, our beautiful newly constructed pet friendly 1-2 bedroom cottages with lofts, offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each cottage boasts all the amenities of home with fully equipped kitchens of four appliances, washer/dryer, all linens, 2-3 TVs, DVD player, large open concept great room with vaulted ceiling and field stone gas or electric fireplace, front and back decks with patio furniture and BBQ's to enjoy the serenity and natural beauty of this area.
Our on-site amenities include a Nail Salon, Day Spa, Café/Bistro, Scrapbooking store and our Riptide Lagoon Adventure Park featuring two, 18-hole mini golf courses and laser tag bumper cars.
After a day of activities, relax in our recreation building which houses our year-round indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room.
Oceanside Village Resort is within easy walking distance to tidal pools and many biking/hiking trails. We are conveniently located within a few minutes of downtown Parksville and many great area attractions and activities. Golf one of 6 nearby courses, visit Englishman River Falls, ski Mt. Washington, check out the world famous Coombs Country Market or explore the quaint village of Qualicum Beach, just minutes from Parksville.

Accessibility
General
Oceanside Village Resort offers a collection of independent cottages of various sizes and configurations. The office is accessible but there are no door actuators installed. The Pool building’s entry door is not accessible, but once inside it is fully accessible. There are good stairs with railings down into the water for both the pool and hot tub.
Accommodation
All cottages have three steps up to the main entrance door, however on request the Resort can set up a ramp for wheelchair access. The main entrance doors are 33 inches in width and the interior doors are 27 inches in width. In the bathrooms only the toilet is accessible but the shower stall door opens towards the wheelchair preventing access. There are no handheld shower nozzles or grab bars installed.
There is one cottage (Unit 209) which may be considered as accessible. It offers an open full length shower, but there is a big lip on the floor which does not allow roll-in access. There is a small grab bar on the far side and a seat set into the corner. There is a handheld shower nozzle and a raised toilet.
